What does it cost?
The install roadmap is free. It's a quote for an install plan: what to automate first based on what's costing you the most time. A first agent starts from $5,000 and is live in about a week. After that, $2,500 a month keeps everything monitored, maintained and improving. You'll know the full picture before you spend anything.
How long does it take to go live?
Your first agent can be live a week from agreeing the first build. You'll have the roadmap within 24 hours as a first step. Then we get the first agent live and doing work in your business and take it from there. No six-month transformation programmes.
Who is this for?
Professional services firms with roughly 10 to 200 people. Accountants, lawyers, financial advisers, consultancies. I'm based in Sydney but work internationally. The agents plug into the systems you already run, so you don't need to be technical and you don't need new software.
Can AI accurately read our financial data?
On its own, no. A general chatbot guesses from memory, which is where made-up numbers come from. The agents I install are different: they have strict guidelines, read directly from your own systems, and every answer traces back to its source. If the answer isn't in your data, the agent says so.
Is it safe to connect AI to our company data?
Yes, if it's done properly. Your data goes into a private company brain that only your agents can read. Nothing is used to train anyone's models, access is controlled person by person, and client-confidential material never touches a public AI tool. That's the standard professional bodies now expect.
Where does it run, and who owns it?
In a purpose-built cloud environment set up for your firm, which you can access and see into at any time. You'll own this – you're not renting a black box. If we part ways, the environment, the agents and your data stay with you with a structured handover.
Will AI agents replace our team?
No. Agents take the grunt work: chasing documents, first drafts, moving data between systems, answering the questions that eat hours. The judgement calls stay with your people.
